Been working on the web site a bit, since our authoring tools flaked out a few months back.  We are now using google docs to handle all the data which will make things a tad easier.  One of these days I'll tag one of you java/php/ruby junkies to make up some sweet app.

The new season was off to an exciting start.  Jim won last season's closing tournament yet again so he is now the 4 time defending champion.  Since this is the start of a new season, everyone's scores are back to zero again and thus players are randomly selected for team creation. Bonus points were earned by Jim, Kevin, Justin, Jay, Don, David, and Matt (on 2 games).  Matt definitely impressed a lot of players this week with his scores, so good job Matt!

This was the final week of standard League play for the Fall 2011 season, so points were extremely crucial for all players tonight before our upcoming end-of-season tournament that will be held next week.  We had 21 players this week, so we needed to have 6 teams.  Teams 1, 3, and 5 were in the "A" bracket and 2, 4, and 6 were in the "B" bracket, with 1 set of games for the "A" bracket and a different set of games for the "B" bracket.  Bonus points were earned by David (on 2 games), Mitch (on 2 games), Kevin, Josh W., Aaron, and Jonny.  Click the link to see the full details of all the games played.

We had 2 new games on location, so both of those games were included in the lineup for the night.  It was a rather small turnout compared to the last couple meetings (especially the previous meeting).  Bonus points were earned by Jim, Kevin, Josh W., and Zoe.  Click the link to see details on the games played for the night.

This week was exciting; we had players visiting from other leagues as well as some of the world's top players (ie:  Andrei Massenkoff and Mads Kristensen).  All of the visiting players were filtered into the first few teams to balance things out for everyone.  We had a lot of players, which gave us a record breaking 8 teams total!  So teams 1, 3, 5, and 7 were in the "A" bracket, and teams 2, 4, 6, and 8 were in the "B" bracket.  Bonus points were earned by Jim, Andrei (on 3 games), Kevin (on 2 games), Mads, and Shawn.  Click the link to see the full results...

This week we had 22 players, so 6 teams were formed.  Since there were 6 teams, we had to use an "A" bracket and a "B" bracket again to minimize waiting time amongst teams.  Teams 1, 3, and 5 were the "A" bracket, and teams 2, 4, and 6 were the "B" bracket.  Bonus points for the night were earned by Chris H.
